Your Hyundai is being built in one of our assembly plants.
Once production is complete, your new car will be loaded onto one of our RoRo ships and transported to our UK port in Tilbury, Essex.
When your car arrives at the Tilbury port, the team there will carry out a thorough series of checks and tests. This ensures your Hyundai is in top shape and ready for your retailer to accept it.
This status indicates that we’ve loaded your car onto one of our lorries and sent it off to your retailer.
Your retailer will contact you to arrange delivery or collection once the final checks have been done.
